Job Description:
• Seeking a QA & Testing Lead to validate the Amazon Connect environment post-migration. Responsible for developing testing plans, executing tests, and ensuring the platform meets functional, performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Create testing plans for functionality, security, and performance
• Develop and execute test cases for contact flows and integrations
• Identify defects, coordinate fixes
• Validate compliance with banking security and privacy
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Use tools: Selenium, JMeter, JIRA, CloudWatch
• Skills: QA/testing, automation, security standards, banking compliance
Tech Stack & Tools:
• Testing Tools: Selenium, Postman, JMeter, HP LoadRunner
• Issue Tracking: JIRA, Bugzilla
• Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Splunk (if applicable)
Qualifications:
• Experience in QA/testing for contact centers or cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of banking security standards and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
