Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reporting and analytics within HCM SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report development, supporting business reporting needs and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and collaborating with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards.
• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Work with functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Build and optimize data models, queries, and report layouts.
• Develop custom reports, templates, and scheduled reports for HR and business users.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and reporting best practices.
• Provide support for report troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams for data extraction and reporting needs.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for reporting solutions.
Requirements
Core Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in HCM technical development.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• BI Publisher
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• HCM report development
• Experience in building data models, templates, and scheduled reports.
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with PaaS integrations and data interfaces.
• Knowledge of HCM data extraction and integration frameworks.
Preferred Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience in HCM SaaS implementations or support projects.
