As a Software Tester (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing manual testing processes related to our document management system in Windows, web, and cloud environments. The focus of this position is clearly on quality assurance and structured testing:
You will identify vulnerabilities early on, systematically analyze sources of error, and use your strong commitment to quality to ensure that the applications are stable and perform well.
Our client, an established and regionally significant IT service provider, is seeking a Software Tester / Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d) through our recruitment services in Kassel. The position is directly with our client.
You will take on the following challenges:
• Development and maintenance of automated UI tests (Windows Desktop)
• Execution of SQL-based tests
• Defining and implementing end-to-end tests
• Analyzing and documenting test results
• Close coordination with development and quality assurance
What we expect from you:
• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in software testing with UI automation is a plus
• Structured, analytical approach to work
• Focus on quality
• Windows platform expertise
