Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Testing Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Junior Testing Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of software applications. The role includes close collaboration with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as creating comprehensive test documentation and maintaining accurate records of testing processes.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Software Testing and familiarity with various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience from 1-3 years in Testing.
• Experience with identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting software defects effectively.
• Knowledge of QA tools and technologies, as well as testing frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail when identifying and reporting issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently, either in-office or remotely as required.
• Relevant certifications in testing or software quality assurance are an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience and skills align.
