• * Description: Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for mobile (iOS andAndroid) and web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing acrossmultiple devices and OS versions.
• Identify, record, and track defects using JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and ensure timelyresolution of issues.
• Conduct compatibility testing on a range of devices and screen sizes.
• Validate mobile API integrations, push notifications, UI/UX flows, and data handling.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and ensure high-quality production deployments.
• Maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans, bug reports) andcontribute to QA process improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including mobileapplication testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android using real devicesand/or emulators.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g.,JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Nice-to-Have:
• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
• Basic Firebase experience for backend data validation.
• Experience with performance, usability, or security testing.
